I want to make it clear right now, that any flaming made to PhilXZ will result in review for demotion and possible banning. I have my reasons, if you dont support me, deal with it or get off the site. EDIT: This does not mean you can not express your opinion, just no "OMG Phil is a fucking moron bastard!"
