The new ten strike policy rule I am adding is based off of the user warning levels system located on the left of every post under the avatar as a bar swith green or red blocks in it. so here are the infractions and punishment for getting your warning level up or down:
Up- Breaking rules, spamming flaming, etc.
Down- Be good person for a while with no trouble.

10%- Punishment is nothing, just a warning
20%- If has mod spot will remove 1. If thats only mod spot, then will not remove
30%: Remove mod spot, de-mod if necessary Remove from staff if admin
40%-Remove 2 mod spots, de-mod if necessary
50%- Remove all mod spots, de-mod Removed from staff if Super Mod
60%- Banned for 4 days
70% - 7 day ban
80% - 2 week ban
90% - 2 month ban
100% - Permanent IP ban, with little to no chance of coming back.
And there you go. That will be our policy for warning levels, All rules effective immediately,
